Bronchiolitis

My 7 week old has been diagnosed was diagnosed with bronchiolitis on Sunday. The initial symptoms began on Friday to which I thought was just a cold... as we've all had one.

The hospital told me he will get worse before better but thankfully he doesn't seem to have got worse and we're on day 5 now. The only problem is his feeding... yesterday he started to become fussy with them which I know is also normal. My question is how fussy is ok and how fussy is too fussy to the point he needs to go back to the hospital?

We feed on demand.. he normally takes around 4-4.5oz every 4-5 hours and sleeps through the night 7-8 hours. Today and yesterday he is only drinking 2.5-3oz at each feed & waking through the night for it too (which I'm glad about so atleast he's getting a bit more). He seems to happily still go the 4 hours drinking 2.5-3oz but it doesn't sit right with me... is this too little? Should I continue to let him demand it or should I be waking him up often trying to get him to feed some more?

Any help would be appreciated thanks x
