BF with a tummy bug - any suggestions for keeping hydrated?

I've been up all night with a stomach bug and I'm being sick whenever I drink more than the tiniest sip of water. DD is EBF and I'm worried that my supply is going to drop because I'm not drinking enough.

I'm not sure what my question is really. Anyone else been here? What did you do?

How old is DD?

I've been in this position and while supply wasn't great for a day or two, it picked back up again. I basically lay on the sofa just sipping in my Pjs and DS just came for boob when he wanted it (he was older). DH did have to come and take DS at one point overnight as I was trying to BF and puke at the same time

Ice chips? Water o a tea spoon?
Water alone won’t do as well as Turing half a teaspoon of salt and a table spoon of sugar with a squeeze of lemon into a glass or water. Make ice cubes and suck or have tiny sips.
You can also buy rehydration salts instead
Supply will be fine as long as baby is out on breast. Just watch for wet nappies

Using not Turing!

Thank you both. I've just about managed to keep some water down- up to the point that DD starts bouncing on my tummy when she feeds. Then it all comes back up again.

I'll try that with the salt, sugar and lemon juice. PJs on the sofa describes my day pretty accurately.

Sorry, didn't answer the question. She's 7 months.
