ng tube feeding

Hi everyone, I couldn't find a post on the above topic so sorry I've missed it.
My baby girl (12 weeks now) was admitted to a&e as she's stopped feeding about 4 weeks ago, it started with arching back and crying during/after feeds so gps thought it was silent reflux and kept suggesting different formulas, but one day she's just stop feeding completely. At the hospital we found out that she has 3 holes in her heart, she had an operation 10 days ago and PA band was fitted to regulate her breathing until she's big enough for her open heart surgery. For the last 3 weeks she's been fed via ng tube and we have now started to introduce the bottle again but she's still arching her back and crying during feeds. I let her feed for as long as she wants and when I stop to burp her she starts crying and refuses the rest of the bottle. She's on nuk teat which she seems to tolerate better than TT bottles and from what I can see she's not taking in as much air. She's currently on neocate, lansoprazole and domperidone but nothing seems to be working so we are having to feed most of her milk via tube. The doctors seem to still think it could be silent reflux or she's perhaps developed bottle aversion.
I was just wondering if anyone has any idea of what could be the reason for my baby's behaviour? is there anyone who had similar experience??

Many thanks
