Toddler on day 4 of not eating!

So DD is 20 months old she's been a bit poorly chesty snotty think she might be teething too with some big molars!

However she's not eaten since Wednesday it's driving me nuts she won't even try the food she's literally spitting everything out! She's had the odd tiny bit of fruit or tiniest amount of toast but she will not eat!

Anyone else experienced this? Is it just cause she's poorly or is it a phase I hate it when she doesn't it she's normally a really good eater!

She's still drinking not much in terms of water etc in the day but she's having the odd smoothie and then at night she's having her milk etc as normal and then an extra bottle!

Honestly, I'd just give her extra milk. It's perfectly normal for them to refuse food when they are ill. Try not to get stressed and turn it into a battle, just lots f cuddles and whatever she fancies to drink
