Need some help and advice! I have been exclusively breastfeeding my baby for 4.5 months and looking to transition to formula/bottle. He has never taken to a bottle easily despite trying almost every bottle on the market! Recently he took a full 4oz of EBM from my mum out of the mimijumi bottle but then went on to refuse when we proceeded to keep trying. This gives me comfort he can take a bottle as for a while I felt like he just didn't understand the technique. Now he just refuses probably cause I am around. I know breast is best but I really need some balance and my husband really wants to be able to look after him and be able to feed him too. I ideally would of liked to combo feed but I don't think he will allow this. I am therefore thinking of going cold turkey to transition to the bottle. I have tried all the weaning tips. Someone else feeding, slipping a finger in his mouth, trying when hungry/not hungry you name it and nothing sticks. Would be good to know if anyone has had experience with this and some advice!
