Capsular contracture and breastfeeding

Hi anyone who knows what this is and has anything useful to advise please post here. ie, is it possible, painful, worthwhile trying anyway?

Um, I don't need an explanation of the medical condition, I know what it is, I need to know if the breastfeeding needs to go out the window.
