I'm sure this has an obvious answer!
My LO has 2 breastfeeds a day, morning and evening. He doesnt feed to sleep. I am happy breastfeeding him but there will be some evenings coming up where it would make life much much easier if DH could do all of bedtime.
He drinks a bit of cows milk but not much. I'm worried he will be hungry in the night.
I really dont want to start expressing.
What do you do? He is a great eater so no concerns there.
Last night I didnt get back til a bit later as DH was in hospital. He settled no bother for my friend so he doesnt need it in order to settle down.

Well if he settled for your friend last night and didn’t wake up hungry overnight then surely that answers your question? If your concern is about nutrition and the fact that he doesn’t really drink cow’s milk, I would give him food that contains it instead e.g. cheese, yoghurt, porridge made with milk etc.

He had fallen asleep in her arms just as I walked through the door, as she moved he woke up so I have him a feed then popped him in bed.
