Just wondering if anyone has used either variation or both on the Kendamill line for newborn?
Our consideration now lies between First Infant milk or the Organic Infant Milk and not 100% if the price difference (£9 vs £12) and slightly smaller tin (900g vs 800g) suffices or will make any significant difference.
From what I can see the Organic variation has what some would call no added unnecessary ingredients like -> Arachidonic acid, prebiotics, taurine, nucleotides.
However, It also looks like the organic variation doesn't have any extra added DHA too; because on the removal of Arachidonic acid, compared to the standard product. Which a good or bad thing I don't really know. But what it seems is that with research it's too soon to know what, if any, effect that DHA and ARA supplemented formula will have on brain development in children.
We did go the extra mile and even compare the Nutritional Information between the too and even the Sainsbury's Little One's which is reported to be made by them and only £7!!! On paper there doesn't really seem like all that much different. But I guess real life isn't played on paper OH would say haha!
