Has anybody ever bought a wedge hog for the snuz pod? I might make a wedge out of a towel to see if it helps first?

I've found towel/blanket wedges didn't help at all. Not sure about the other thing you mentioned though, sorry. I know it's not what you asked but in case it helps, burping after each feed by getting baby on my chest, really high so my boob presses into his tummy, then patting his back has made a huge difference lately (rather than the way the HV told me to burp him which was useless); he can lie flat without as many episodes and my baby has always had really awful reflux. Hope this might help.

Yes, we have bought a wedge, though not having much success with it (though that's because my DS hates sleeping in his Snuzpod).
Have ended up using it under his playmat instead, which has worked well.
