My 11 week old DS is EBF, he usually falls asleep around 8/8.30 has 2 night feeds and we get up around 7.30. He usually sleeps 7/8 hours before the first night feed and when I wake for it my boobs are super engorged, and if he only feeds from one I always have to drain a bit of the other as it's so painful

Except I put him around 8 last night as always and he's only just woken me up for a feed, my boobs are totally soft! They are usually like rocks hours before this point. I've not leaked either! I'm so worried my supply's gone to shit? Baby's been feeding more often recently and has gone from only ever feeding from one boob to having both at each feed the last few weeks.

It could be that your body is adjusting. It’s not making as much during the night as it wasn’t used. I wouldn’t worry.

You should still be able to feed. Your boobs get used to feeds very quickly & adjust accordingly

Yes other posters are right, your body does settle down and doesn’t store up as much. Your boobs also get more efficient at making milk during a feed.

He's feeding ok, but I didn't feel my let down for the first time ever too?! He seems happy enough but I usually always feel my let down

Yeah the let down feeling wore off for me too - probably around the 3/4 month mark. If your baby seems happy all is probably ok.
