Baby skipping feeds in afternoon

DD is 9 weeks old. Over the last few weeks she has been fussy feeding on some days between 1-5pm, latching briefly then coming off repeatedly, and appearing frustrated/distressed when I try to relatch her. She will also refuse bottles. Something magic seems to happen at 5/6ish snd she'll feed well with no distress. I burp her and sometimes this helps somewhat but not massively. Infant gaviscon doesn't seem to help much.

She's gaining weight (although gone from 70th to 60th percentile) and HV is happy, but I'm worried about her. She's had streaks of red blood in her poo, the GP and paed consultant said as she's generally happy this is unlikely to be a dairy allergy and just to monitor this. As I'm vegetarian I'm reluctant to give up dairy unless there's good indication to.. is there?

Anyone have any sense of what might be happening?
