15 month old DD eating is making me worried

DD is 15 months and really fussy. She suddenly hates being spoon fed but cant use the spoon herself. She hates touching wet food so now won't eat what she used to like porridge, weetabix, curries, spaghetti (which was her fave) and yogurts etc.

Now she will only eat sausage, fish fingers, chips/waffles/potatos, brocili, peas, kiddylicious crisps, yogurt tubes, cheese, plain pasta, malt loaf and sometimes grapes. Im really struggling for meal ideas and worried she will grow up being really fussy. She sits at a toddler table for meals which we have found works better than the highchair, I dont tell her off for not eating/playing with food I just try to ignore it and try different food. Shes completely gone off bread too so wont eat toast, sandwiches, wraps etc.

Ive tried encouraging her to use the spoon herself hoping it will make her eat more variety but she just plays with it and throws it. She has a cup of cows milk morning and night normally, sometimes just in the morning as she isnt that fussed with it. Any tips or personal experience from people would be great as I worry she isnt getting a wide enough diet

DS goes through fussy spells and will go off stuff he used to like and then come back to it.
I would just keep offering different things along side those you know they will eat.
