I know its all been done before, so I was wondering if I could have a list of links/websites full of information on positioning, preparation before-hand and various hints and tips please.

seamonster I have really pale (freckly) skin and have never had a problem with soreness. I know that's just anecdotal, but thought I'd add my anecdote

I would definnately recommend Silverette I found them to be the only thing that actually Healed my nipple wounds and completely healed them within 2 days. I had tried practically all the ointments, creams there is and was only soothed by them but never healed. They would be a great investment.. and if used from birth (Periodically) would prevent you from getting sore
