DS2 is 9.5 months old and EBF. I feed him on demand pretty much, so no schedule or anything but there's a rough pattern (plus extra when he's grumpy/ill/teething etc). I'm happy with that, BUT I'm going back to work in 6 weeks or so. I'll need to have cut down to two feeds a day by then (first thing in the morning, then before bed). I probably should have thought about this earlier Blush

I did this before with DS1 but I can't remember how I did it! I think I was in more of a routine. Any words of advice? Do I need to start a more strict routine so it's easier to cut out specific feeds and replace with a bottle? How many bottles should a nearly 10 month old be having? He's never had formula either so do I need to introduce gradually?

My DD started nursery at 8mo and is EBF. She has adapted to having big feeds morning/dream feeding. Won't take a bottle at all - I believe this is quite common. I was very worried about her getting enough milk but she chooses to just sip water in the day and have boob when I'm back.
I was very worried initially and tried to get her to take a bottle/drop feeds in the day before I went back to work but it was just impossible.
If will be fine I promise DC will adapt x

Thanks @Maltay. I hadn't really thought of that. Maybe it will be fine.
