Anti reflux milk, Should we try?

So my LO is 4 weeks on Sunday and we were doing really well up until the last week or so.

He seems as if he’s in a lot of pain after feeds and wants to constantly feed but just pukes it back up. He also gags on the bottle as soon as he starts feeding and chokes and struggles to catch his breath. And sometimes he scrunches up his face as if he’s got a bad taste in his mouth and heaves. He used to settle down really well but now it seems as if he’s really uncomfortable.

Do you think it’s worth giving the reflux milk a try? My first was on this milk but he used to throw up a lot more so I’m just not sure wether it’s needed?

Also he struggles to burp. We’ve been using infacol but I don’t know if it’s working or not

Try a slower teat and boots do an own brand gripe water which is amazing.

He’s on mam bottles and on the smallest teat already 🤷‍♀️ Can take him a while to finish it too.

Well after this last feed I definitely think it’s reflux. He was constantly spewing afterwards and was writhing in pain when I was trying to get him to sleep. Haven’t attempted to put him down and it’s been 2 hours since his feed
