Is my baby getting enough milk? Combi feeding

Hello, I’m looking for advice on combi feeding my baby. She’s 10 months old. I am returning to work at the end of the month, so am trying to introduce formula. She’s not mad about it, refuses a bottle, but will take about 7 oz over the course of a day in a sippy cup. She also has a breastfeed in the morning and before bed, along with three meals of solid food (has cows milk with her porridge, and water with dinner). Does this sound like enough nutrition? Maybe I should introduce snacks as well?

Grateful for any advice.

Our HVs here at the 10m check say to get them down to 3 bottles a day. So three feeds. I think it’s meant to be 20ozs at this age, so assuming they’re “big” feeds from you then you’re fine.

Yes I’d say so OP. I went back to work at 11 months and dd had bf morning and night and just regular food during the day.

Sounds fine to me.

Both mine bf am and pm at that age. Wouldn’t drink from a cup, so i asked nursery to do yoghurt/cheese/rice pudding wherever possible.

I found if they needed more the just woke for a night feed Grin

Thanks all, that’s reassuring.

She only tends to feed from one side for each feed (has done since about 3 months old) so I’m just alternating. I’ll try and up the snack quota as well.
