Recommend an electric breast pump?

Hi Mumsnet, just looking at getting an electric breast pump and need recommendations & avoids. Quite a gap in price on some of them. Single breast or double? I see medala swing on gumtree loads but not sure that's a good thing.
Also any tips and learns you would like to share will be great. I'm a first time mum. Thanks!! X

A spectra pump, either the s1 or s2. Only difference is the s1 has a rechargeable battery. Not an awful lot more than the swings but they are hospital grade so a lot more powerful. Also closed system so it's actually safe and hygienic to buy/sell unlike the medela ones.

Ah right, I did wonder about how you can clean/sterilise a pump that is second hand. Will check out ur recommendation now! Thanks very much!
