Dehydration

Hi all, how do I keep my baby hydrated in hot weather? I've tried cooled boiled water but he refuses to drink it and isn't drinking a lot of milk, I'm worried he's not getting enough fluids in him but I don't know what else to do.

Sorry everyone I left so much out lol. He's nearly 14 weeks old, bottle fed, nappies are not as wet as usual but he is happy when he's awake, he also had his second set of vaccinations yesterday (it was a late appointment)
