Neurofen........can I take it???

Wokem up with a stonking headache this morning - paracetomal doesn't work for me. I'm only feeding DS3 first thing in the morning, rest of the time he's getting FF - so now he's had his feed am I ok to take some???

someone told me on here that ibuprofen was ok for bfeeding

Nurofen (Ibuprofen) is absolutely OK when BF.

phew thanks - shall go and take one then - I thought I remembered from DS1 that you couldn't take Neurofen if you were breastfeeding...but it was a long time ago, and I kind of hoped that if it was true then it would be 'out of my system' before his next feed.
