Baby waking in the night

I don't know if this is the right place to post, but I'm looking for a bit of advice.
For background my baby is EBF -possible milk intolerance (she was referred months ago due to having a lot of dirty nappies. The paed appointment is next month but all symptoms now seem to have resolved).
She's almost 5 months old and has been a good sleeper (waking up once or twice a night to have a quick feed then going right back to sleep). I'm very aware of the 4 month regression so am wondering if it's that.

Now she's waking up 6-7 times a night. It's since she's become confident with rolling over.

She sleeps on her side, but every time she wakes up she's on her tummy with her head up. It's like she's not even properly awake (eyes are still closed) and it's starts with a bit of a moan/moves her head around a lot. If I don't get to her within a minute or two she will occasionally just throw her head down and fall back to sleep. Or (and this is more common) it'll turn into a proper cry. If that happens I have to feed her to calm her down.

During the day she seems very happy. And if she wakes properly at night she's very happy too-all smiles and laughs.

Has anyone else's baby done this?
