Nipple thrush - can I buy daktarin otc?

I’m pretty certain I have thrush in my nipples. I had it last time with dd and was prescribed nystatin which did nothing and I ended out having daktarin which worked a treat.

I’d like to buy some again but I know they say it’s not suitable for under 4 months and I discovered this is because one baby once choked on it because they had too much put in their mouth but otherwise it is suitable iykwim (sorry typing quickly whilst feeding). So I know if I go to the chemist they won’t sell it to me with my 1 month old because it’s not recommended for younger babies for this reason. Dm can go and get me some but I can’t remember if I put it on my nipples as well as dds mouth, I’m assuming I did, but if anyone has taken this coulenyou confirm? Thank you
