Should I take HV's advice?

My health visitor came for the first time today and we've been feeding our two week old on demand as most people advise but she said that during this hot weather my DP and I should try giving him cooled, boiled water between feeds.

Do I take her advice or no?

Are you breast of bottle feeding? If you are breastfeeding you don't need to, if you are bottle feeding you nay need to. The official NHS advice is here www.nhs.uk/common-health-questions/childrens-health/how-can-i-keep-my-baby-safe-during-hot-weather/

@Teddyreddy ah, I'm bottle feeding. Thank you for the link! When I googled it earlier every article did a great job of scaremongering 😅
