Silent reflux

My baby is generally comfortable during feeds (except for the fact that he guzzles milk) and is happy while I burp him and for about another half an hour after. After that he starts to fuss, cry and scream. Doesn’t want to be put down, wants to be held upright and walked around. Is it possible that acid is bothering him one hour after a feed?

It could be reflux or it could possibly be signs of a dairy allergy....

....any other symptoms??

Thanks, no other symptoms. I was sure about reflux because it seems most babies scream during or immediately after feeds whereas mine is happy and only starts half an hour later. We are starting reflux medicines so will see how that goes
