Hi all, since last night I've felt quite flu-ey and feverish. It's the exact same way I felt when I previously had mastitis a couple of weeks ago. Got antibiotics and believe it all cleared up. I've got no other signs - boobs aren't painful and are draining fine. No lumps, but they are both red, but it doesn't feel hot to the touch. Only problem is that baby has recently changed feeding pattern so boobs are fuller when I wake up. So basically the only symptom that fits is the flu - am I being paranoid or is this an early sign that mastitis is on the way?
