My 4 week old had been taking 4oz of formula every 2.5-3 hours for the last couple of weeks, but the last 5 days she’s been taking between 1and 3 oz every couple hours or so. She doesn’t seem to have an issue with gas, she’s not crying more than usual although she does fart a lot and has the odd bout of throwing up her milk.
I guess I’m just looking for some reassurance that this is normal/ok, we had issues with breast feeding for the first few days of her life and she lost a lot of weight quickly (hence the switch to formula), so I guess I just worry about feeding more than I probably need to...
