8 week old- feeding reduced

My baby is 8 weeks tomorrow. He is bottle fed, he weighed 12lb last week (8lb 13oz at birth).

He has been quite erratic at feeding, but generally was taking between 3 and 5oz a feed and feeding around 8 times a day. For the last few days he is initially taking his bottle well and then refusing it after about 2 ounces. I am having to wrestle a further ounce or two down him which is making feeding unenjoyable for both of us. He has silent reflux which the GP doesn’t acknowledge so we have had to just deal with on our own. (Anti reflux bottles and keeping him upright etc..)
For the last 3 days he has taken less milk each day. He is fine in himself and has plenty of wet nappies and a dirty nappy every 2 days or so.

Can anyone shed any light on why he might have a reduced appetite? He still wakes up for feeds but is just taking around 100ml less a day than before. Sad

Ive just come across your post and I honestly could have wrote this!
My DD is 7.5weeks and doing the exact same as you have you have wrote.
My DD has between 3 and 4 oz (sometimes 2.5 if shes being very fussy) and will want little and often. Sometimes does 2oz and wants the other 2oz an hour later and takes ages to drink.
I know you wrote this a few weeks ago now, how are you getting on and did you find a solution?
