Donating or selling breastmilk??

Hi, I'm thinking of either donating and/or selling my breastmilk but I have no idea how to go about it or if it's even a thing. My husband seems to think I can sell it to body builders and I personally would like to donate it. Can anyone advise me?

You can sell it as I'm sure I've heard of sites which are setup for this sort of thing. Body builders are one of the most popular people who buy it.
