SMA anti reflux formula

Hiya,
Just wondering anyone out there using sma anti reflux. My son has been on it for 2months now. I know the packaging has changed. But even with the new packaging there is one with a grey lid and one with a yellow lid. It's not my imagination because my husband has noticed the same, but the one with the grey lid is extremely thick. It's actually like glue once it's made. We're using Dr brown bottles and the milk won't come through the top of the green tube to go into the teat. When we have the yellow lid it's perfect, no problems. I emailed SMA, and they said the formula shouldn't be thick, that it thickens in babies belly. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed the same problem or is it all in my head

Hi I use the grey top anti reflux with TT bottles, the milk is very thick, it can be lumpy if you’re not careful making it as well which can block the nipple of the teat.
Have you tried using a faster flow teat? Sorry if it’s a stupid question. Took me a while to work out why it was taking DD so long to feed and the teats were the problem
