My 11 week old daughter currently feeds every 4 hours during the day, but isn't consistent at night, i.e. Sometimes goes longer than 4 hours. As her night feeds are not at consistent times, it means she always starts the day at a different time each day. This doesn't matter as such, but it would be great if she could start the day at the same time each day, e.g. Feed at 7am, so that it would be easier to work around getting my toddler his breakfast and us all out of the door. Does anyone have any tips about how to establish more of a feeding schedule - it doesn't have to be to the second, but it would be good to have more set feed times if possible and she can go 4 hours between feeds easily. Should I just wake her at 7 if she's not already up and feed her at 7 every morning? Hope this rambly post makes some sort of sense!
