How soon is too soon for cows milk?

Just returned to work after mat leave for DD, 10.5 months. Up until this week she still had two BFs during my working day. She doesn’t like formula or defrosted breast milk (and I can’t express much anyway). She’ll take a few sips of water only. Yesterday she was quite upset late morning, and fed much more overnight. I may not be able to avoid that in the short term, but I’d like her to be happier in the daytime. Is it too soon to introduce a cup of cows milk around lunchtime? She has stolen her brothers recently and seems to like it. What have others done?

I don't think it’s supposed to be offered as a drink until they turn one

Can you start by diluting it we used to wean onto cows milk with part made up formula part cows milk you could maybe try if you have Bm stored in the freezer , but tbh at almost a year i don't think it would do much harm.

I’ve done a bit of googling and I think I’ll leave it another few weeks. Thanks all.

I would get whoever is looking after her to keep offering water and as long as she has waterbased food she should be ok must be a worry though
