My 4 month old baby is getting worse. Since 7 weeks old she has fussed with her bottles not all but a lot of them she used to back arch/arms and legs everywhere when feeding her. She ended up on ranitidine and Carobel which once we got the right dose of ranitidine she drained all her bottles no problems nice and relaxed for 3 and a half weeks and now we are back to square one however it’s a complete fight. She’s on the right dose of ranitidine for her weight, she drinks about 2oz and pushing it out with her tongue or just shouting. She was on aptamil, we then tried Nutramigen which she point blank refused to drink so back to aptamil at my wits end I’ve tried Hipp Organic today but she’s not drinking it any better . Going to try early weaning but this still won’t solve her only drinking 2oz because she won’t eat that much for a few months will she . It’s getting me down so much and I dread feeding time . Sorry for the rant

Mix a few drops of boiling water.. basically enough I dissolve the tablet after a few mins. Then turn into a paste with the purée.

As the previous poster said, this will help symptoms but you really do need to move onto a non dairy formula to prevent it happening. My daughters response to neocate was immediate.

Thank you for all your replies it’s really helpful. Well I’ll give this a few days if I can cope with this battle nightmare of the bottle and if no change I’ll ask her for the aptamil pepti she suggested. Feel like I’m never getting to the bottom of this can’t wait to enjoy feeding her.
That Nutramigen is awful I understand why she wouldn’t drink it she put up the best fight not to have it
