Lost my baby massage notes

sorry if this is the wrong topic to put this thread in but couldnt see which catergory it would come into.
have attended baby massage class with DS who is now 5 months. have lost my notes and was hhoping i coudl download some from internet but cant find any as yet. does anyone know any sites i could get some basic routienes from?

You can get a CD with them on free from Pampers I believe. I still have mine if you want it, it's no blooming use to me.
