6 week old bf baby nappies suddenly different

Can anyone advise if this is ok? Dd is 6 weeks old and bf. she developed a really horrible spotty rash on her face about 3 weeks ago which is clearing up nicely, my younger ds had a cmpa allergy when he was a baby so I’ve cut out dairy on the advice of the HV and I think it’s helping, but I don’t know how to know for sure really. She had a really bad stretch of really screaming in the evenings too which seems to have (fingers crossed) eased off a bit. But in the last few days she’s pooing much less often than she had been, and it seems a real strain for her to go. She’s having lots of wet nappies so I’m not worried she’s not getting enough, but it’s gone from the classic mustard seedy yellow that I know as bad baby poo to more a liquid greenish yellow colour. Is this ok? I have a picture of her most recent nappy if it’ll help but didn't want to just put it up if there’s no need!
