BreastFeeding and over supply

Hello my baby is 5weeks today I'm feeling so fed up as I keep getting thrush in my breasts and my sons mouth , i also seem to have huge amounts of milk every single time my baby feeds (every 2 hours) some times 1.5 the milk is gushing out - my son keeps choking then crying - I've hand expressed some milk when the let down has happened but I
Just wondering does it get easier or continue like this as I'm so fed up and not really enjoying the experience so far. With the reoccurring thrush so painful 😖

It gets better and sooo much easier you will enjoy that time with your baby soon keep going don't give my son is 13 months and still breastfeeding I stopped for few days at the beginning as it was very painful but the guilt was worse

I had mastitis several times because of over supply but you are doing great
