Wondering how you ladies manage it!
I’m mix feeding baby & would like to build up milk supply so that it can replace formula but I don’t know how to go about it!
Finding it challenging to BF then bottle feed on next feed and express - expressing is annoying as not much is coming out either.
Any suggestions or tips welcome
