When I try to take baby of breast to switch sides my nipple seems dry. By squeezing I can sometimes manage to get another drop out. Does this mean baby is using me as a pacifier and not getting milk? I hear some gulping at the start but not for long. Do breast compressions to rouse sleepy baby to suck but no gulping. I’m combination feeding as my milk took over a week to come in and he was loosing too much weight
