Breastfeeding and dream feeding

My baby is just over 3 weeks and at night time he just wakes up crying for milk with no warning signs m/ this is sometimes waking my other who are still quite young. Has anyone tried dream feeding a newborn or is it to soon ?

Tried it, was too soon and he still woke at his normal times. I think they're supposed to feed every 2ish hours at that stage.
I wouldn't bother personally, other than for a night, just to test the water. Ours was a screamer too, you have my best wishes
