The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has warned this would make the baby food "unsafe to eat".

Cow & Gate says the affected jars don't pose a health risk, but it is recalling them anyway because they don't meet its standards.

The 250g jars were on sale at almost every major supermarket, including Asda, Boots, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, and Tesco.

Only one batch of the baby food was affected.
