Hi, not sure where to post this, just looking for some advice.
My DD is almost 3 months and EBF. I definitely didn't push her into any kind of routine, but since about 8 weeks she has naturally fallen into one at night....I can almost set my watch by when she will go down and when she will feed overnight.
But during the day, she HATES napping. I just let her feed and nap as and when she wants, but I'm having to encourage naps more often as she is getting over tired.
Now, should I just let her nap as often as I can? Or should I encourage a nap schedule and try to get her down at the same time every day (and therefore planning our days around her naps). I wasn't planning on a schedule, but as she does it at night would it be easier for her?
