Exhausted by reflux

Hi all. After a bit of guidance if anyone has been through this?
My DD is now 4.5 months and has suffered from reflux since she was about 3 weeks old. She had a tongue tie snipped at 8 weeks which made a huge difference but I am convinced she is still not creating a seal around the bottle (we had to move to formula feeding as she couldn’t latch due to the tongue tie - not that I knew it at the time but that’s a different story). She swallows so much air when feeding I am convinced this is the cause of her reflux. We have tried so many different bottles and teats and currently use Hipp anti-reflux milk which is better than regular formula which comes straight back up but we still have issues with her bringing it back up. She was 50th centile for weight when born and now is under the 25th Centile. The consultant who snipped her tongue tie noted she also has a high palate and a small jaw so probably not helping the situation. Anyone had good experience in overcoming these obstacles?? I’ve completely run out of ideas

perhaps try these bottles? they say that ' the bottles internal vent system creates a 100% vacuum free environment, which is clinically proven to reduce wind-related colic.' all the best xx
