Perfect Prep Machine overfilling

I've only had it a week and it's overfilling the bottle every time if I do 4oz it will fill to 7!

Has anyone else experienced this and what is the solution?

Run a clean cycle and see if that resets it. If that doesn't work, contact tommy tippee for a replacement.
