Where can you get Lanisoh cream from? Do most chemists have it or is it hard to come by? and do you have to ask for it behind the counter?

Boots and mothercare sell it or you could see if your midwife or HV has any free samples.

Its quite pricey £10 a tube but it is very good whist you are getting your latch or whatever has caused the soreness in the 1st place sorted.

My midwife told me that I could get it from the chemist but it cost about £9. I managed with the little samples that she gave me and thankfully just as the samples ran out my nipples got better and dd2 worked out how to latch on properly.

I got it in Waitrose.
It is expensive though.

Or you can get it from the NCT catalogue link here .

It's Lansinoh, littlemel, not Lanisoh

debsagos · 13/09/2004 17:30

just quickly....
you can get it on prescription from your gp!!
you may have to push him or her hard though as most gp's are very reluctant and don't know what it is!!!!
they may have to write the script with their hand as it won't be in their computer!!!
