Varying milk amounts throughout the day

LG has now reached the 3.5month mark and we're introducing a proper bedtime routine from tonight (7pm, bath, jammies, bottle, book, upstairs to bed).

My problem is bottles and her timings.

For a few weeks, she has generally started her day at 8am and ended it at 8.30/9pm, and I've been making her a 7oz bottle every four hours. I would say out of 7 days, only 3 of those days will she drain all of her 7oz bottles. She always drains her bottle in the middle of the night and the past few days has only been taking about 5 oz in the morning.

Does anyone else very how much milk they put in their bottles?

I'm thinking of giving 7oz at her bedtime feed and her middle of the night feed. Then 6oz in the morning and lunch, and either 5 or 6oz at tea time, to make sure she takes her full 7oz before bed?

Her weight is good (91st centile).
