4 month sleep regression and BF

Hello
I have a lovely 5 months old DD. She is a lovely happy contented little baby and I am extremely lucky, and so appreciate what I am finding tricky some people would be grateful for.
EBF bit will happily take a bottle if I am out and leave her with DH or Granny.
Slept through from about 14 weeks for a few weeks then the 4 month sleep regression hit.
She feeds to sleep from 7.30om - 8.30om but then wakes roughly every 2-3 hours until she is up for the day at 7.30pm. She will happily just have a 5/10 minute night snack of BF and then happy to be put down to sleep. I always try and make sure she is drowsy but awake.
But what I can’t seem to do is settle her at night without boob. Day time is fine.
She is in a next to you crib. And can’t move to own room as she is too young and also don’t have one at moment.

Can anyone advise on how to break this habit. I have a few nights away coming up and not sure how granny will manage 🙁
