Taking Ibruprophen when breastfeeding - did your milk production reduce?

I've had horrid tonsilitus for the past week and have been really run down through lack of sleep (DSs 2.5 years and 14 weeks). My milk production dropped massively and I had to start my baby on some formula. I'd put my drop in milk supply to being ill and no sleep. But now since it's been 2 days since I last had Ibruprophen, things are starting to improve. Although it could also be me super pumping to try stimulate production.

Has anyone else had their milk reduce after using Ibruprophen?

I’d say it’s just being ill. I’ve never had a drop with ibuprofen and I take it reasonably regularly as it helps with clogged ducts when I get them. I’ve experienced drops with illness too and it always improves as I start to recover without any intervention needed. Hope you feel better soon, it’s so rough being ill when you have tinies
