Just that really. Hes dropped the last night feed before bed. My boobs are sore today. Not in agony but noticeably sore. Do I need to do anything?

You can't offer him a little feed to relieve the fullness, or you want to draw the line today?

Was it just one night feed left for a while?

you can either gradually stop breastfeeding by using expressing a little just until the soreness goes away or just leave it and make sure to massage the boobs when they get too full and eventually the milk will stop coming as much , If its only 1 feed he is dropping then i would just express it either manually or with a pump.

By this age he probably will start to come off the boob gradually so probably good to let your milk settle to less over time.

Yeah he has been down to one night feed since around Christmas. He doesnt seem fussed abd I have always worked under the basis that if he wants it he can have it so I don't feel right offering it tbh. Maybe I will hand express a little

I’ve found lecithin useful for solving blocked ducts and whenever I’ve felt sore or a hint of a lump. Perhaps that could help for a couple of days?
