Weekend away from Bf baby

Baby will be away from me for just over 24 hours. She will be 6 months.

She's ebf. So 2 questions. While away do I need to pump as much as baby eats to keep supply up. Or can I just do it for my comfort? Can I not pump at all?

Should i pump milk before hand to give to baby or can she just have formula? She'll probably be having a little bit of food anyway so I'm not precious about her having formula.

Also I hate pumping

Does she already have formula? If so then yes she could just have that.
I think your supply should be pretty well established by 6 months so you could pump less often than you feed, but beware of blocked ducts!
I think it also depends how you respond to a pump. Last time I left DD overnight she was 18 months and despite pumping I still got really uncomfortable 😣

Shes never had formula or a bottle. It's not for a while so i can try her with both before hand.

I'm not great on a pump, one sides ok but the other I get nothing with a pump.
