In pain again

Lo is 3 months old.

I had some pain initially and a bit of thrush. But we'd overcome that and been feeding pain free for 2 months.

Now I'm suddenly in pain again. It's only on one side. My nipple looks fine and the pain is more inside the breast just below the nipple.

I dont think it's a blocked duct as I can't feel any lumps. There's no redness or hot areas.

Does anyone know what this could be?

To be honest I had various pains etc in the early months, massage and feeding on that side tended to help. I'd probably go to a breastfeeding group if you're worried.

I'm sorta avoiding feeding the side because it hurts. I know that's probably not the best thing to do.

I thought I was passed it hurting.
