headaches and bf'ing

I've been having recurrent headaches - not really bad so you can't do anything at all, but annoying and makes you tired/not able to read. the sort of headache you get if you are a bit constipated, iyswim. but I'm not constipated at all, and (I think) taking on enough fluids - certainly I'm never thirsty. the other thing I thought of is posture. it does seem to be related to bf'ing - I didn't have them before my son was born, at first I put it down to tiredness, but that is less of an issue... any thoughts?

An intriguing one T4T. I would have initially thought you were low on fluids too but maybe not. How old is your lo? hopefully someone knowledgeable will be along soon

and definitely not dehydration, have been looking at wee (sorry if TMI) and it is straw coloured/dilute as it should be... headache still rocking, and slightly intensified after a feed.

bunp....
I drink gallons of water and still have a weird headache that gets progressively worse throughout the day. I also feel a bit dizzy but again, wee looks normal. Any answers??

bump, any clues?

hello, i saw my gp and she checked recent blood test results, all ok. she was looking particularly at thyroid count, anaemia and also blood pressure. she said nothing wrong. i did the following having been reassured - lavender oil baths, and a hot water bottle under neck/shoulder area when resting at night. did the trick, no more headaches. might also think about getting some cranial osteopathy, this helped a lot after DS1 was born 3 years ago with nondescript weird/demoralising physical symptoms.

good luck
