Coconut milk for 16m old

Hello,
My LO is 16m and loves her milk. I know the HV says no more than 500ml a day of cows milk which we are trying to stick to. We are wondering about using a dairy free alternative such as coconut milk in addition to cows milk?
Does anyone have any advice on this?

No I wouldn't give it in addition to the cows milk. Give it in place of some of it if you wish. From 1 year they only need around 300 mls (10/11oz) so they have room for solid foods too
